馮安媞

筆名安迪風。畢業於香港大學工商管理雙學位學系,現為Hip Cellar 總經理,企劃現時香港唯一一家HKQAA 質檢保証認可的私人會員藏酒酒窖及坐擁維港海景的Speakeasy Dining Room概念的發展。曾任LVMH集團於馬爾代夫的豪華酒店Cheval Blanc Randheli 的助理首席侍酒師,及參與美國拉斯維加斯Mandalay Bay酒店旗下Aureole Las Vegas的餐飲管理。亦曾為1957&Co餐飲集團,包括旗下餐廳包括Mango Tree, 安南越南餐廳, 權八居酒屋, 竹壽司等負責餐飲管理及選酒;及Asian Palate葡萄酒網站及葡萄酒項目策劃公司負責亞太區葡萄酒晚宴、大師班、新書發佈會、品酒會及盲品會策劃及籌辦,網上平台內容整合及社交平台策略管理等,期間與多家國際機構如 Decanter、香格里拉亞洲酒店集團、君悅酒店亞太區集團、半島酒店集團等緊密合作。

積極參與葡萄酒教育及推廣活動,籌辦葡萄酒晚宴、品酒工作坊、行業座談會等。過往合作夥伴包括法國食品協會(香港),德國葡萄酒協會,南非葡萄酒協會;跨國企業及私人會員協會如世邦魏理仕(香港)及香港政府大律師協會;及世界各地的酒莊包括 Champagne Salon, Champagne Fleury, Champagne Dampierre, Weingut Stigler, Holdvolgy, Tyrrell’s Wines, Querciabella, Two Paddocks Winery, Domaine Perrot-Minot, Domaine Simon Bize等。定期於CosmoGirl.com.hk(以中文供稿)、HK Discovery野外動向雜誌(以中文及英文雙語供稿)、TV5Monde Asie Pacifique(以英文供稿,編採團隊再翻譯成法語)、廣州葡萄酒雜誌(以中文供稿)及主場新聞(以中文供稿)撰寫有關美食、葡萄酒、精品酒精飲料、生活時尚等文章。

A media-savvy Food & Beverage professional from Hong Kong. Currently General Manager of Hip Cellar, Hong Kong’s only urban cellar and harbourview speakeasy dining room concept.Previously Assistant Head Sommelier for LVMH ultra luxury hospitality project: Cheval Blanc Randheli in Maldives. Anty has also spent a year in Las Vegas where she joined the management team of Aureole Las Vegas, a 13th-time Wine Spectator Grand Award and prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award recipient, to execute and oversee general food & beverage training and operations. Prior to making international career moves, she was Wine Specialist at 1957& Co., taking full charge in wine selection, events and marketing at Mango Tree (Thai), An Nam (Vietnamese), Gonpachi (Japanese Izakaya), Sushi Ta-ke (Japanese Fine Dining), etc. She also worked at Asian Palate, an online Asian food and wine platform and event agency, where she handled pan-Asia wine events including wine dinners, masterclasses, book launches, walk-around and themed tastings. She also oversaw content generation and management for AsianPalate.com and coordinated day-to-day cross-platform social media operations. She worked closely with various international corporations including Decanter, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and The Peninsula Hotels.

Anty is an active participant in trade-focused panel discussions, consumer tasting workshop and wine dinners. Past partners include generic bodies such as SOPEXA Hong Kong, German Wine Institute, Wines of South Africa; private corporations and member associations such as CBRE Hong Kong, HK Government Counsel Association; and numerous wineries such as Champagne Salon, Champagne Fleury, Champagne Dampierre, Weingut Stigler, Holdvolgy, Tyrrell’s Wines, Querciabella, Two Paddocks Winery, Domaine Perrot-Minot, Domaine Simon Bize, etc. She contributes food, wine and lifestyle articles regularly to local and regional publications including CosmoGirl.com (in Chinese), HK Discovery magazine (in Chinese and English), TV5Monde Asie Pacifique (in English, subsequently translated into French), WINE Magazine Guangzhou (in Chinese) and TheHouseNews.com (in Chinese).
